Plastic Free School

Plastic pollution is the accumulation of plastic products in the environment. Plastic trash is entering the world's oceans at a rate of as much as 12.7 million metric tons a year and half of all plastic produced is designed to be used only once — and then thrown away.

Plastic affects human health also.Harmful chemicals leached by plastics are present in the bloodstream and tissues of almost every one of us, including newborns

Now this is the time we have to wake up and do something to reduce plastic pollution. We at SUNRISE ENGLISH PRIVATE SCHOOL, introduced this topic during earth day and now plan to effectively roll out the Program. The school is going to be free of plastics by replacing all plastic tiffin boxes and water bottles. Students may replace their plastic tiffin boxes and bottles in a month’s time.BY 21.10.2018, we will celebrate no plastic day in our School.

So we humbly request your support and cooperation towards this endeavor
